This primer on all things cheese will take us around the globe to introduce the types, textures and flavors that make up the most amazing cheeses in the world. From Appenzeller to Zomorano, we'll teach you everything you need to know; which rinds are edible, which blues to crumble, how to best store cheese at home. We'll taste 10 cheeses, (accompanied by red & white table wine) cover the ever expanding scope of artisan cheese, intricacies of different milk types, aging styles and textures.
