Fresh off his trip to the heart of Tuscany, Bill McCleary will have lots of wine stories and a first hand account of the the region. He will help you explore this fascinating wine region in central Italy through the Sangiovese grape, which has made Tuscan reds in great demand world-wide. We'll taste and discuss the differences this grape makes in Morellino di Scansano, Chianti, Brunello and Vino Nobile. Joining this red parade will be a white Vernaccia from San Gimignano and a sweet toast with a Vin Santo.
