Delicious, interactive and simple to prepare, fondue may be the perfect party dish. One of San Francisco's finest fromaggiers, Daniel Greenberg, will show us how to prepare a classic cheese fondue plus a few fun variations, all perfect for fall entertaining. As we enjoy the fondue prepared in class, we'll experiment with wine pairings that make the fondue party complete.
