Local Wine Events

If you enjoy tasting fine wines and sampling gourmet food while being serenaded by live music, there will be plenty of all three at the Hillsborough Wine Festival which will be held at Temple Beth-El located at 67 US Highway 206 in Hillsborough NJ on Saturday, November 14 starting at 7:30 PM.

Those attending this event will be able to sample a variety of over 30 wines, presented by Petrock’s Liquors in Hillsborough, and hors d’oeuvres will be served from several area caterers, including Maggiano's Little Italy, The Martinsville Inn in Martinsville, Signature Creations in Linden and Entertainment Specialist LLC (catering of Mangia Restaurant)t.  “We plan to make this a very enjoyable evening for the entire local community” according to the event Chairperson, Simona Rivkin.  All attendees will be eligible for a 20% discount at Petrocks for select wines from the tasting, just in time for Thanksgiving and Holiday gift-giving. 

Tickets for the Festival are $50 per person and can be purchased by calling (908) 722-0674.  Free babysitting service is also available with advanced registration by November 1st.  The proceeds will benefit the Temple Beth-El School Scholarships.
