Friday morning we depart Phoenix in a luxury motor coach and travel to Alcantara Cellars, a Tuscan paradise on the Verde River - and one of the best wineries in the state. As you relax in the tasting room, the owners will discuss aroma, flavor and color orf each wine you sample.  After enjoying lunch with your wine, we travel to Prescott and check into the newly remodeled Wyndham Gardens Hotel.  Dinner tonight is at the historic Palace Restaurant & Saloon, one of the most famous eating establishments on Whisky Row! Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and the hotel amenities before we visit Prescott's Phippen Museum. Following lunch on your own, we travel to the Chino Valley to sample the wines at Granite Creek Vineyards.  This is the first farm in Arizona to be certified organic and is one of the only wineries in the US that produces 100% certified organic wines without sulfites. You will be able to spend time tasting the award-winning wines before returing to Prescott for our gala Winemaker's Dinner held in the Black Canyon Grill. (BD)

On Sunday, we depart after breakfast for Sedona to visit the Art of Wine where we taste wine from some of the smaller wineries in northern Arizona, including Page Springs Cellars, Javelina Leap Vineyard and Oak Creek Vineyards. The wine shop also markets the art of Michael Codard, gift baskets and wine accessories. (B)
