First Crush is the perfect blend of fun, work and a luxurious weekend winemaking safari. The authentic, one-of-kind adventure is for couples, friends and corporate teams who want to experience the joy of making their own custom-labeled wine from berry to bottle. Over the course of two days in October, you will harvest, de-stem and crush your own fruit in a carefully selected Paso Robles vineyard. Your fruit will be crafted into wine by a professional winemaker and you will have the opportunity to return to bottle and label it. The weekend begins with a welcome reception. A champagne breakfast and lunch will be served in the vineyard and you can even stomp berries the old-fashioned way. Saturday concludes with a winemaker dinner.
