Women and Wine weekend! November 7th-8th 2009 Laugh, learn, enjoy and feast at Vine and Dine’s delicious Fall food and wine experience. Held at The Highwood River Inn, (a beautiful boutique hotel in the Alberta countryside ( just 1 1/2 hours drive from Calgary at http://www.highwoodriverinn.com), the weekend will comprise: Saturday: Arrival by 5pm for welcome drink, introduction and tour, Three Course ‘Pair and Compare’ Dinner from Linda’s summer CBC show with two wines for each course, followed by a wine film and related wine. Sunday morning: Breakfast followed by your choice of a cooking class to learn new appetizers and the wines to drink with them or a yoga class.. Sunday lunch: Let’s eat the endeavours of our morning’s work and pair them with wine! Special price of only $245 + gst per person (based on double occupancy), which includes: One night’s accommodation, all meals (Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch) and all wines.
