Hello everyone, it is time again for us to get together for another night of great food and wine. This dinner will feature foods created by Kiel Lombardo of Roy’s Tampa. I have personally worked with Kiel for many years and am more than excited to see what wonderful foods he will create with our wine selections from the Winemall. Here is the menu for Friday:
1st Course-Compressed Melon with Crispy Prosciutto, Baby Arugula, Olive Oil Powder Wine Pairing: Wild Horse Chardonnay, 2007
2nd Course-Wild Mushroom & Ricotta Gnocchi Wine Pairing: Castle Rock Pinot Noir, 2008
3rd Course-Braised Beef Short Ribs with Greek Potato Salad and a Kalamata Olive Puree Wine Pairing: Seven Daughters California Red Blend, 2007
4th Course-Blue Berry Tarts and Lemon Mousse
