Please join us as we celebrate the food of Bice with Executive Chef Elmer from Bice and the Culinary "Diva" Maude Eaton. For this special class, guests will receive 1 glass of wine, the collection of recipes and generous samples of everything being prepared. There will be a series of classes this fall, but you can either attend them all or just attend the classes individually.
This class is titled Mama Mia, Que Buono and the menu is as follows:
Bruscetta a la Scamorza (smoked mozzarella)
Creamy Polenta with Mushroom Ragu
Agnello alla Griglia con Caponata y salsa al la Menta (Grilled Lamb with caponata and mint sauce)
Torta di Mele con gelato alla Cannela (apple tarts with cinnamon ice cream)
Menu may change according to availability of product. There will be a reception at 5:30 and the class begins at 6:00 pm.
Class size is limited so sign up early. Your space will not be reserved until you prepay for the event.
The cost to attend is $40.
Future classes are scheduled for November 10 and December 8.
