Celebrate the food of Bice with Executive Chef Elmer Sarabia from Bice and the Culinary “Diva” Maude Eaton. For this “Tutti a Tavola” (everyone to the table) class, guests will receive one glass of wine, the collection of recipes and generous samples of everything being prepared. Featured wine will be available for purchase at a discounted rate after the first class. There will be a series of classes this fall. You can either attend them all or attend the classes individually.

The first class is titled Fall Harvest and the menu is as follows:

Frittura di verdura with spicy tomato sauce
Arugula, endive and radicchio salad with warm truffle vinaigrette
Butternut squash risotto with jumbo lump crab and chives
Zabaglioni con Fragole

Menu may change according to availability of product.

Class size is limited so sign up early. Your space will not be reserved until you prepay for the event.

The cost to attend is $40.

Future classes are scheduled for October 20, November 10 and December 8.
