This is Part 1 of a 4 part series on demystifying food and wine pairing. This introductory class, Basic Wine Evaluation and the Principles of Food and Wine Compatibility, will cover some basics such as how to read a wine label, how to train your "taste" to develop your palate, how to "read" and evaluate a glass of wine; review the elements of wine and food pairing and much more.
