Following the wine class, you may join us for a no-host Happy Hour in the bar that is being extended for only our group or in the restaurant for a no- host "Savor and Sip" food and wine pairing menu. It will be featuring favorites from Restaurant week, and the cost is $25 for the menu and $35 with the wine tastings. The Shores is an AIWF restaurant member.

Exploring Noble Red Varietals is a quick look inside some of the world's most important red wine grapes and how they express themselves in the glass. Attendees will have the opportunity to delve into what makes each varietal tick, receive advice on professional tasting strategies, and then work in teams to identify blind the subject wines. Participants will take away a tasting technique to be used for life along with a firm understanding of the discussed varietals. Come enjoy this easy- going, interactive, and educational event!
