The "cabernet is king" wine dinner is a tribute to a 1976 Paris tasting. At this Napa Valley tasting, every diner will tast two winning wines (one white and one red). Francesca's will be serving 5 tandem pairings of wine, so that the guests can see the difference in the various appelations in Napa and to also decifer between Valley floor fruit and mountain fruit. Of course thisl dinner will have the mouthwatering fare served by Francesca's fantastic chefs as well as seamless wine pairings.
