Some of the greatest Italian chefs of Los Angeles will bring their collective cooking expertise to offer a new series of cooking classes at the Italian Cultural Institute. Students will learn the cooking secrets of great chefs and can ask instructors all their cooking questions - it's like having a professional chef in your kitchen.
Classes will be fast-paced and will include appetizers, full meal, and a dessert, all of which students will make during the session.
Students should be food lovers but need not have outstanding technical skills in the kitchen.
