Wine OR Wine & Food

This is the Wine School's signature wine and food pairing competition. Wine makers, writers, sommeliers, and sundry other wine professionals are invited to compete in a food and wine pairing duel with one of the Wine School's top instructors. Contestants choose the wines on a limited budget, and audience members judge each pairing. At evening's end, scores are tallied, and a winner is announced.

Tonight, the school's Brian Freedman will be smacking down with Tom Pittakas, Beverage Director at Alison two. Tom runs one of the most interesting and extensive drink programs in the region, so tonight promises to be a showdown for the ages. He will be pairing some signature cocktails with the food, Brian will be pairing wines
