Chef Miguel Sanchez Romera, one of the most heralded and controversial chefs from Spain, will speak about his culinary philosophies for the first time to the American Public in 6 years.  Not only a world renowned chef but also a clinical Neuro-physiologist, Romera focuses his cooking on imparting emotions and feeling with organic ingredients and technical precision. Guided by his scientific background, his goal is perfectionism, where chromaticism and geometry create a sense of surprise, pleasure, and delirium through culinary creativity.
