Not only a world renowned chef but also a clinical Neuro-physiologist, Romera focuses his cooking on imparting emotions and feeling with organic ingredients and technical precision. Guided by his scientific background, his goal is perfectionism, where chromaticism and geometry create a sense of surprise, pleasure, and delirium through culinary creativity.
