Join renowned duck Breeder Jim Reichardt (the “Duckman”)

of Sonoma’s Liberty Farms for a celebration of all things fowl.

Enjoy and learn about the benefits of old-world, sustainable rearing

practices and animal husbandry as applied to the best duck available on

the market today. Chef Josiah will prepare a multi-course meal using the

Duckman’s incomparable product, paired with appropriate wines. 

7:00pm—“Meet the Duckmaker” Reception featuring Small Duck Bites

Oolong Tea Cured Duck, Potato Confit and Frisée Salad with Meyer’s Lemon Cracklings

“Soup and Sandwich”: Duck-Piave-Truffle Croque and Duck Noodle Soup 

White Corn Granita with Duck Cracker

“Falling off the Bone” Duck Shanks with Shitake Mushrooms and Lentils

Duck Confit Cupcakes with Foie Gras Frosting and Truffle Sprinkles
