Join renowned duck Breeder Jim Reichardt (the “Duckman”)
of Sonoma’s Liberty Farms for a celebration of all things fowl.
Enjoy and learn about the benefits of old-world, sustainable rearing
practices and animal husbandry as applied to the best duck available on
the market today. Chef Josiah will prepare a multi-course meal using the
Duckman’s incomparable product, paired with appropriate wines.
