Join Bern’s Steak House Sommelier, Trey Christy, as he presents a French wine class featuring the region of Bordeaux. Several styles & vineyards will be tasted and discussed in depth and will be accompanied by SideBern’s artisanal cheeses.

Immerse yourself in the classic flavors and history of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from Southwestern France. We will taste a wide array of wines from all over the large and varied Bordeaux region, and look into the evolution that has created one of the world’s most loved wines
Classes will be held on Monday evenings inside the Wine Shop beginning October 12, 2009, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. inside the wine shop. Classes are $40 per person, plus tax.
