Chef Nicotra will give you all the tips you need to make the freshest, most delicious pasta outside of Italy. From pasta to appetizers, and right up to dessert. You will leave with everything you need to impress dinner guests, or just make a great meal for your family.
Once you've seen all the master's tricks, enjoy the fruits of your labor with a five-course pasta tasting served with Lidia's wines. Price is $125 per person for food and wine.
