Prepare a 5-course meal in this hands-on cooking class. Menu includes: Sage & Stilton Flatbread, Caramelized Onion Soup, Pork Tenderloin w/spicy orange-port reduction, Cinnamon scented Couscous, Glazed Pineapple-Polenta Cake, Cheese Course.
