Open wine tasting class. It's all about learning through experience. 15 selections of wine will be sampled with platters of various cheeses, crackers and winter sausage to enjoy. Topics will include history stories, choosing wine glasses, understanding food pairing and fielding of questions from the crowd. Intention of wine tasting is to treat the novice with kid gloves and let them enjoy without being the victim of a wine snob host, help them find what style of wine works for them and how best to enjoy the wine experience.
