Perhaps one of the very first things a wine enthusiast learns about the history of wine is the legendary 1855 classification of Bordeaux wines.  Surprisingly & even with the advanced improvements within the wine industry during the previous 15 plus decades, the classification has had only one petition since it began.  Please join us at our wine seminar to learn more about classified Bordeaux wines.  Reservations are encouraged.  275.7200
