ODONATA is a small winery based in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Their focus is on local grapes that are organic and grown sustainably.  Working closely with the growers ensures the highest quality wines from the vines to the glass.  These wines are soft, supple, and subtle in their complexity.  Inspired from the traditional French style of winemaking, these wines are designed to be food friendly.  ODONATO wines are made to be accessible now, but will also age beautifully. They will always be hand made in small batches to exemplify the unique qualities of the varietal and vineyard.  The beer is a rich, Belgian ale style, brewed in wine barrels (!), with some black cherry on the palate.  CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MALBEC & RORIE’S ALE
