The trendiest wines in the world right now aren’t red or white or even rose--but orange. These are wines that are naturally-made by winemakers who allow the juice of the grapes to macerate (aka soak) along with the skins, giving their white wines such a deep rich color that some wine writers and critics have taken to calling them “orange.” They’re wines from some of Italy’s best producers--Movia, Gravner, Paolo Bea and Radikon. An IWM sommelier will be pouring the wines, accompanied by a great selection of antipasti--and answering all questions about Everything Orange.
