For this exciting class, we will be focusing
on comparing and contrasting young wines and
aged wines highlighting how wine changes and
evolves as it ages. We will also be
comparing and contrasting New world
winemaking styles with Classic winemaking
styles.
The goal is to exposure you to the world of wine, introduce you to new concepts, and teach you how to successfully asses a wine's structure, origin and style. This is a beginner to intermediate tasting class. We will be doing side-by-side tasting comparatives using the classic tasting approach (which will be taught).
Emerge from the class with newfound wine smarts and re-enter your world as an aspiring wine pro!
Details: Wednesday, October 14th from 6-8pm at Tango Wine company, 2161 India Street, 92101. Costs $30pp or 2 for $25.
