This session is either a private consultation (one-on-one for $35 per person) or if you have a partner there is the option of taking this session with your partner (two-on-one for a $10 discount a total of $60). Your session includes one glass of wine per person plus a 30 minute mini class with certified sommelier Tracy Wallace. Tracy is also the VP of Wine, Beer and Spirits Education for the School of the Service Arts, an Instructor and Advisory Board Member for SDSU’s Business of Wine Program and Wine Director for a private collector.  You will not be introduced or sold on any educational opportunities and there are no additional career counseling classes that you will be asked to participate in.

At this session may be the perfect introduction for those who are thinking of entering the wine industry, or for those currently in the business and want to move up. This 1..5 hour session gives direction in obtaining and developing in careers like these:

You will first be gently assessed on your current level of wine knowledge and areas of career interest. Information on education, skills, job/career description (pros and cons), and job search sources will be given. You may leave with up to two career descriptions and execution plans.
