Bratwurst, sweet German mustard • Knockwurst, sauerkraut, potato salad
Blood Sausage, garlic chip salad • Andouille, fried clam, Cajun aioli
Strausburg Weiner, spicy mustard, wrapped in baguette
Boudin Blanc, duck fat fried potatoes, caramelized onions
First Course
Beer and chicken consomme, braised chicken legs, lentils, carrots, onions, celery, ham hock
Second Course
Steamed Mussels, Duvel, butter, thyme
Third Course
Jager Schnitzel, wild mushrooms, red wine demi
Weiner Schnitzel, brown butter, lemon
Side dishes of braised red cabbage and Karoffelpuffer (potato cakes
with apple sauce and sour cream), herbed Spatzel
Fourth Course
Drunken bread pudding, raspberry Lambic ice cream

Ommegang, Duvel, Maredsous and La Chouffe.
