You are invited to our annual fall wine tasting, which will feature
French wines and a taste of the French opera "The Tales of Hoffman."
Not seen in Denver in over twenty-five years and first performed in
Paris at the Opéra-Comique in 1881, Opera Colorado is staging Jacques
Offenbach's lush, fantastical opera and sharing a sneak preview with
Alliance Française members and supporters. Tales of Hoffmann
Experience the opera through live performances by the Opera Colorado Young Artists music ensemble, production photos, renderings of set designs and several of the highly imaginative costumes designed by André Barbe.

The evening and the wines will reflect the three loves of Hoffman....Olympia, Antonia and Giulietta. We hope you will join our collaborative venture and support the cultural and performing arts in Denver.
