John Ash, nationally acclaimed food and wine educator and founder of John Ash Restaurant will be signing two of his books; From The Earth to The Table: John Ash's Wine Country Cuisine and John Ash: Cooking One on One at J Vineyards & Winery.
Ash is dedicated to organic and sustainable cuisine and teaches culinary classes to professional chefs as well as home cooks all over the United States. In 2008, John was awarded Cooking Teacher of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals. |
