This month we are going to focus on the six most widely planted and consumed types of grapes, three whites and three reds. We'll start with a trio of whites: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio followed by Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The wines will be blind (in brown bags) so that we can focus on the characteristics of each varietal and see how many people can identify which is which. Join us for a lively event!
