Join winemaker Jann Forth of Forth Vineyards, Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma for a 4-course meal and wine tasting. For 20 years the Forth's have been pursuing their passion for organic viticulture and are creating some of the best wines in Dry Creek Valley. Sheep, chickens and dogs all play their vital vineyard roles - come learn how they contribute to a sustainable ecosystem within which the Forth's vines thrive. Wines to be served include sauvignon blanc, syrah, cabernet sauvignon and a late harvest dessert wine.
