Stop by this Saturday afternoon between 3 and 6pm for - in our opinion - the best chair massage in Fort Worth, plus enjoy a complimentary wine tasting of Italian wines. Licensed Massage Therapist, Donna Leif, will be available for chair massages in the privacy of our Tasting Room, where you can completely relax and unwind. Come in, sample some wine, and sign up for 15 to 30 minutes of total relaxation and stress-relief at the rate of only $1 per minute. Advance reservations are available by calling ahead.
DeAnna Wendolyn will be here as well, to entertain us with her own original acoustic music.
We'll be pouring:
2008 La Vis Pinot Grigio Dipinti, Trentino-Alto Adige
Delicately perfumed with scents of flowers and spice, it features almond, tangerine and apricot fruits. Softly textured and balanced with a crisp citrus finish. A delicious aperitif or pair with seafood and salads.
2006 Enzode Sette Rue Primitivo, Salento
A juicy, fruity, take-me Italian red at an awesome price, delivering lots of cocoa and cherry character in a medium-bodied frame, with soft tannins and a long, fruity finish. Delicious licorice, blackberry and smoky oak tones and dark ruby color accompany the aromas of dark berry and raspberry.
2008 Tenuta Curezza Nerosso, Puglia
"Black Red" (Nerosso) is a secret blend of the most ancient grapes of the Puglia Region. Wisely hand picked and fermented in still vats, the wine ages in small oak barrels for 3 months to become soft and elegant. Intense at the nose, full-bodied, massive in character. Perfect with roasted meat, game and aged cheese. Serve just below room temperature. A blend of Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia, and Uva di Troia
2006 Tenuta Sant'Antonio Ripasso Monti Garbi Valpolicella, Veneto
Ruby red color with a bouquet of red fruit and cherry. Soft, enchanting taste with a spicy finish. 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Croatina & Oseleta from the 'Monte Garbi' site. Two-week fermentation followed by the re-pass of Amarone fruit. Aged one year in French oak.
NV Risata Moscato d'Asti, Piedmont
Bright, straw, with light frizzante. Fresh, bright citrus aromas with floral hints. Slightly sweet with delicate flavors of peach and apricot. Enjoy this wine as an aperitif, with desserts or simply on its own.
2007 Banfi Rosa Regale Brachetto, Piedmont
Deep medium cranberry. Attractive mousee with aromas of cherry and rose petals. Soft, mildly spritzy and creamy on the palate with soft mouth feel and ripe cherry compote fruit flavors. Good balance with low alcohol, good acidity and a dry finish. A fun wine!
