Want to learn the basics of wine with a lot of laughs?  This 3-hour Wine 101 “crush course” is conducted by entertainers and wine writers The Saucy Sisters.  You will learn:

• The Wine Tasting Ritual
• How Wine Is Made
• Tasting Terms
• How To Read A Wine Label
• Varietals
• What Regions Are "Hot"
• Sparkling Wines
• Perfect Food  Pairings

And no class about wine is complete without tasting.  You will taste six different wines, plus play the Saucy Sisters’ Wacky Wine Quiz.

Class includes Saucy Sisters’ handy Wine Cheat Sheets and snack foods.
