Join us for a beautiful dinner with organic, boutiques wines not found anywhere else. Sommeliers James and Aga pour 2 wine tastings each course pitting Old World Italy against the World. Chef Luca creates delicious ambrosia. You've been to those wine events with bad wine, now treat yourself to something very special at a unexpected price.

First Course

Spiedino di Gambero

Shrimp skewer served with a touch of lemon dressing

Wine pairings: ITALY: Griffon Pinot Grigio – light and crisp with refreshing hints of citrus aftertones, perfect for shellfish.

– andGERMANY: Winkeler Dachsberg, Kabinett – delicious German Riesling, ripe fruits, unbelievable finish, touch of sweetness.

Second Course

Carpaccio di Manzo

Beef Carpaccio served with mixed greens and Parmesan cheese

Wine pairings: ITALY: Sartirano Dolcetto d’Alba –beautiful light red from Piedmont region, complements beef perfectly – and – FRANCE: Chevalier du Bayard - an incredible red blend from L'Herault with fresh picked cherries and tart raspberries - dry but incredibly fruity.

Third Course

Lasagna di Carne

Homemade beef Lasagna served in a bed of marinara sauce

Wine pairings: ITALY: Sartirano Nebbiolo d’Alba – well balanced and full bodied, a classic complement to Italian fare and –CHILE: Portal Real Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva – deep violet red in color, the aromatic profile features fresh and dry cherry and dry plum, with a touch of mint and rich, dark chocolate in a background.

Fourth Course

Tiramisu

Wine pairings: ITALY: Moscato d’Asti – one of the finest slightly sparkling wines, sweet pears, light golden apples and peaches. – and – FRANCE: Pineau des Charantes - a blend of nearly fermented grape juice with 1 to 2 yr old cognac

that is aged at least 4 yrs in oak. Distinctive and intoxicating.
