Upstairs at Eivissa, a monthly event series, will kick off with a Spanish Wine and Tapas Tasting event on Thursday, September 10 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The event will feature a tasting and discussion of Spanish Wines from different regions of spain, a rustic Tapas menu by Chef Dudley Nieto, and live music.
Guests will enjoy Spanish Wines and a sampling of passed tapas created by Executive Chef Dudley Nieto. Tapas samples include Dates wrapped with Serrano ham stuffed with Marcona almonds, Pollo Picon (Grilled chicken skewers marinated with spicy pimento) and Pintxo de Gamba (Garlic shrimp with tomato and Pipara Pepper on crusty bread). Wine and Tapas Tasting Menu
Dates wrapped with Serrano ham, stuffed with Marcona almonds
Pintxo de Gamba- garlic shrimp, tomato and Pipara pepper
Pollo Picon- Grilled chicken skewer marinated with Spicy pimento
Pintxo de Queso- Cana de vino cheese, quince skewer
Pintxo de Cerdo- Grilled pork loin with caramelized onion and tomato chutney.
