Schwartzhog is made to a medieval German recipe, handed down through generations of the Hardenberg family. It is a great tasting infusion of selected natural herbs, fruits and roots, including: ginger, pomerants, orange peel and a special ingredient called Hog Root, which results in a most unexpected drinking experience.
