What we'd like to know is, do you have a thirst for knowledge?

Would you like to know more about wine and how to taste, select, read a label, and pair wine with food?

Joe Canal's is offering a 90 minute class, taught by our certified wine professionals that answers all these questions and more.

If the world of wine has been a mystery to you, it need not be any longer.
We can help you feel confident shopping for wine, ordering it in a restaurant setting, or simply understanding what it is supposed to taste like, and we can do it here in our Liquid Learning Center in a totally fun and enjoyable setting.

You'll learn the basics from which you can continue to grow and embrace wine into your lifestyle.  Beginners are definitely welcome, so what do you have to lose?

The class will take place Tuesday September 29, 2009, 7pm - 8:30pm. Cost is $15 to taste through a sampling of 8 wines from different regions and countries in a classroom format.
