Please join us on Tuesday, September 15, 2009

to meet Jac Cole, Winemaker at Spring

Mountain Vineyard. Spring Mountain

Vineyard is a privately owned Napa Valley

estate known for its distinctive, long lived reds.

Elivette is its signature wine, a blend of

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc

and Petit Verdot.

Evening starts at 7 pm with a cool glass of

sparkling wine!

We then proceed to the Campton Place

Suite for a formal tasting with Jac.

This tasting will feature every vintage of Elivette

ever bottled from 2000 to the newly released 2005.

 Then at  8 pm in the Campton Place

Restaurant, Chef Srijith Gopinathan will

prepare another magical feast.

$150

    (exclusive of tax & gratuity)

For an additional $99 you take the

Campton Place elevator home.
