The Pacific NW has become a major wine producing area. We will try some
of the best reds, whites and sparkling wines of the region. Learnbasic wine information and regional culture, history and wine
and food pairing. Sample between 8-12 wines per class and learn to
distinguish tastes by region of origin. Bread and cheese will be served
with each class. Fee includes wine, food, handouts and tuition.
