Event Details

South America is just beginning to export to the US some of their best wines. Come try a few and find out why Brazil is the "sleeping giant.” Learn basic wine information and regional culture, history and wine and food pairing. Sample between 8-12 wines per class and learn to distinguish tastes by region of origin. Bread and cheese will be served with each class. Fee includes wine, food, handouts and tuition.
