Home of the most famous French sparkling wine. But did you know that
Champagne in the 1700’s (when Dom Perignon was alive) was totally
different than it is today? Come learn about Champagne, how to pair it
to food and, of course, taste a few. Taste between 6 and 10 wines per class, receive handout materials to
keep for reference and enjoy regional bread and cheese during the
