Alsace is one of the smallest regions in France. However, if you ask French chefs they will tell you that it produces some of the best food wine in the world. Some of the world’s best white wine – come try a few. Taste between 6 and 10 wines per class, receive handout materials to keep for reference and enjoy regional bread and cheese during the tasting.
