Spain and Portugal have been producing wine for over 2000 years. They
make every possible style, come taste some with us. We will also taste
and talk about fortified wines.
Learning basic wine information and regional culture, history and wine and food pairing. Sample between 8-12 wines per class and learn to distinguish tastes by region of origin. Bread and cheese will be served with each class. Fee includes wine, food, handouts and tuition.
