Welcome to the wonderful world of wine! This class will give you an introduction to wine tasting and assessment, a brief history on wine and winemaking and equip you with the necessary knowledge to begin your journey into the vast world of wine! This class will include notes and a comprehensive tasting with food pairings. (This course will serve as a building block to the enjoyment of wine and a basis for further learning.
