Sept 4, 2009, The Hermitage Inn is your destination for the culinary
experience of a lifetime! Drawing on the traditions of older beer
cultures and the culinary frontier of the United States today, you can
taste your way through an amazing dinner. Carefully created by
Executive Chef Josh Tomson, and paired with the country's best craft beers, this dining event is sure to dazzle you. Allagash Brewery in Portland, Maine and Stone Brewing Company in San Diego, California,
are two of the most exciting craft breweries in the country. Both
breweries are strong supporters of sustainable farming, organic
ingredients, traditional methods of creation, and pushing our taste
buds into uncharted territory, much like the philosophies of The
Hermitage Inn. Chef Josh has designed a six course menu that accents
his farm to table philosophy, where each course will be accompanied by
a beer from one of these two outstanding breweries.
