As celebrity chef Emeril Legasse says, “It isn’t rocket science!”  Combine a four-course dinner of his bold, exciting flavors and “new” New Orleans cuisine with perfectly paired wines, and you will experience Pleasures of the Palate.  Now in its 11th year, this intimate, dining event, which benefits the Diabetes Research Institute, will be held at Emeril’s Miami Beach.  The evening’s popular silent and live auctions will feature exciting travel packages, plus rare vintages and wines donated from the cellars of South Florida’s most esteemed collectors, among others.  Come, and enjoy the Essence of Emeril!
