EVENT DETAILS:

This course is designed to help you develop your knowledge of the classic wines of Northern France. It consists of five 2-hour sessions held on consecutive Tuesday evenings. Session topics are:-

1. The Loire Valley
2. Alsace
3. Red Burgundy
4. White Burgundy
5. Champagne & Other French Sparkling Wines

6 wines are tasted at each session. A comprehensive course manual isprovided
