An in-depth look at the world’s most famous wine producing region. This course consists of five 2-hour sessions run on consecutive Tuesday evenings. Session topics will be:-
1. The Bordeaux Côtes
2. Sauternes, Barsac and Entre-Deux-Mers
3. Pessac-Léognan and Graves
4. Saint-Emilion and Pomerol
5. The Médoc
6 wines are tasted at each session. A comprehensive course manual is provided.
