Our popular Introductory Course consists of 2-hour sessions held one evening a week over 8 weeks. Session topics are:-

2. Grape Growing & Wine Making.
3. Southern France.
4. Northern France.
5. Italy.
6. Portugal & Spain.
7. Australia & New Zealand.
8. South Africa & The Americas.
Six wines are tasted at each session. A comprehensive course manual is provided.
