Executive Chef Gonzalo Rivera Jr. will tantalize our taste-buds with a
six course wine and Hors D' Oeuvres pairing.

"Executive Chef Gonzalo Rivera Jr. joins The Tides South Beach from one of Mexico's renowned dining experiences: Nemi Restaurant in Mexico City, the Mina Group's first international presence, which he opened as Executive Chef in November 2006. Nemi earned high praise for Rivera's inventive take on seafood and was named one of the country's Top 23 Best Restaurants by Travel + Leisure."

Tempura Mahi Mahi, Guacamole, House Pickled Jalapeños
Augustinos Pinot Noir - Chile

The event begins at 7:30pm.. Please be prompt as the food/wine is paired.
Valet parking at the hotel is available for ONLY $10.
For those who wish to self park, there is a municipal parking lot at 13th and Collins which offers 200 spaces. Parking is $1 per hour for the first four hours or a flat $15 for up to 24 hours.
